    Adaptation
    Discussion
i have already shared with Patrick the difficulties i have putting into practice some of the suggestions of the DD. Promise, not due to laziness or unwillingness but due to constraints of household logistics. However I have adapted. When i wake, which is usually between 4-5am, instead of trying and trying to get back to sleep, which is actually counter productive and quite stressful, I am going with it, I am breathing and thinking and planning. i am thinking of the pots to drop, the things to confront and do ( acorn jobs) and although I can’t actually get up then ( complicated....if i get up 3 dogs and 3 cats get up....), so i cant immediately make my bed or splash my face ( do that once the menagerie have been sorted), i am actually doing something..and i do think it is helping.

We all Daily Do differently...tell us what's working for you
    Discussion
I get up at 5am, 2 hours before my family, breathe, read, meditate, write, have the best Italian espresso in the world, stretch, post The Daily Do online then crack on into my day. I know lots of you Daily Do in different ways so help others by telling us how you work your magic on your day. Are you a morning starter or a night time planner?

I've been in deep so I know you'll get out

You're going to be fine, let's do this. First step is to share what you're going through with others who'll definitely have been there too. Then we can all join together and DO! Tell me, how are you?
